Ever fancied trying a different style of workout that combines both upper and lower body strength as well as cardiovascular endurance? Then the skierg is for you. I have a Concept 2 Skierg that simulates a cross country ski workout, without having to brave the cold! Unlike a bike, it incorporates your arms and legs. The resistance can be adjusted to make it easier or harder. You can work your upper body only by isolating your arms, or increase the intensity for your legs by wearing a resistance band around your thighs or ankles – or both!
