This is the perfect workout for people with limited time. Although it is usually thought of as a workout for the very fit, as a personal trainer I can adapt a HIIT style workout for any fitness level.

The benefits of HIIT, in addition to them usually being a shorter workout, is that they can work all the major muscles in your body, incorporating both strength and cardiovascular exercises. They often require less equipment so are also easy for you to replicate at home should you wish.
