Project Description
Circuit training is an effective and varied workout. It can focus on both muscular strength and endurance as well as cardiovascular training. I have a variety of equipment to ensure each circuit is different and tailored to your fitness level. Different kit includes: a Reebok step, a plyo box, core bags, medicine balls, Bosu ball, swiss ball, gliders, press up board as well as barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
