Based in Knaphill near Woking and covering the surrounding area I work with you to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Whether you would like to lose weight, tone up, get fitter or achieve a personal best in a forthcoming event, I can help you reach your target.
My rates are very competitive and you will receive a discount for block bookings. You can also train with a friend to reduce the cost and double the fun!
Sessions can be as short as 30 mins or as long as 2 hours, depending on what suits you, your time and your budget.

Jen is excellent at planning workouts to suit the individual’s ability and goals. As someone with chronic knee pain, she sets my workouts to suit my limitations and maximise the benefits.
