Project Description
Functional training is aimed at the older adult who wishes to maintain their ability to perform everyday tasks that we so often take for granted when we are young. For example, the ability to stand up from a chair without using our hands, putting groceries in cupboards that are either high up or low down and being able to carry shopping home.
If you are an older adult then I can design you suitable workouts to maintain or improve your functional fitness with the aim of helping you to remain independent for as long as possible and make the most of your retirement.
