I have been a personal trainer since March 2013, working in the Woking area of Surrey. I have the privilege of working with clients to help them meet their goals – ranging from increasing muscle definition or strength; increasing aerobic endurance; losing weight or training for specific events such as triathlons and half marathons. Whatever your goal is, I can work with you to help you achieve your best.

As a client, your personal training session is designed specifically for you, taking into consideration your goals as well as your likes and dislikes, current fitness level and any health conditions or injuries that may affect the exercises that you can do safely.  Each session is different giving you plenty of variety and providing progression so they are challenging but enjoyable and help you to remain motivated.

I can train you at a location that works best for you – including your house, a local outdoor space suitable for training or my home gym.

The Home Gym

I have a variety of exercise equipment that helps to keep the training sessions varied and enables progressive overload to minimise plateaus in your fitness journey. My equipment includes:

As well as being a personal trainer I am qualified to teach HIIT, (high intensive interval training); Suspension Fitness, (such as TRX); padworks; indoor cycling, circuit training and outdoor pt. I am also qualified to train older adults and people with specific health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis or heart disease.

I am a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer, so naturally, I enjoy participating in triathlons. My preferred length is the Sprint Triathlon but I have completed an Olympic triathlon as well.
